Support individuals and families impacted by dementia in Toronto and York Region at the annual Golf2Remember Tournament. Enjoy a memorable day of golf, community, and fun while helping ensure people living with dementia and their care partners have access to vital programs, services, education, and support.
Taking place at the beautiful King's Riding Golf Club on Tuesday, September 22, Golf2Remember brings together community leaders, corporate partners, caregivers, families, and friends for a meaningful day on the course in support of dementia care.
